The Patriot, The Country : Theres Nothing Here Not too long ago in the distant past, there was a country and there lived the patriot. The Patriot owned a farmland but she worked on it as a labourer together with many others. They were treated like slaves in the dungeon. Well, not for all. The patriot travelled to other countries, saw their freedom and came back to his country with a renewed effort to gain freedom for his people. He led them. He won the fight and ruled. There was a legend that was told in the country. Once, there was a dragon who ruled a group of people with iron hands. The people wanted to overthrow his government. Try as they did, they couldnt. Then came the Dragon killer who overthrew the Dragon. He was begged to rule and so he did. His government became the Dragons after few years. The Patriot still lives. She delivered her people and then sent them to the wilderness. She still rules, turning into the farm master of yesteryears. Her people walk around as prison graduates and the tags around their necks introduce their shame. And they cry everyday, hoping for magic-yet in another leader. The Patriot is a forbidden miracle that happened and unlike wine, she gets worse with age. The farm is about 60 years and it is now a jungle. There is nothing here. There is no country. This country, I know.
