The President of Iran, Hassan Rouhani (a former Shiite cleric by the way) tells his people in a televised speech that they got over on the West (read US) with the recent nuclear deal easing our embargo. Implication is that this deal will put Iran in a better position for becoming a nuclear power. The White House claims this is only rhetoric for local consumption!!!! I guess the White House and the press will finally quit the false claims that Rouhani is some kind of peace-loving moderate. Hopefully, they realize Rouhani and the Iranian Mullahs are playing this administration for weak fools. Before we are check-mated by the Iranians, Congress had better make clear that Rouhanis speech will not be written off as rhetoric. No, this is not warmongering as I have seen the horror of war. Being weak and allowing a nuclear Iran is the true warmongering, as it will bring untold death to the world.
