The President of the Tennessee Bar Association in today’s Tennessean has made the claim on behalf of the Courts and the Tennessee Bar Association that the Board of Judicial Conduct is not responsible for deciding the law, as it relates to the Judicial Performance Evaluation Commission. This claim is an insult to the Code of Judicial Conduct, the Rule of Law and is an embarrassment to the legal profession. I would like to challenge the president to a debate on this subject, so that The People can see that this upcoming Judicial Election is a fraud on its face.
