The Price of Apostleship: Where Should I Go to Church? Maybe - TopicsExpress

The Price of Apostleship: Where Should I Go to Church? Maybe the most frequently asked question that I have received over the past few years since I started this ministry is this (I will try to paraphrase dozens into just one question): Dear Ricardo: Since joining your email list and learning so many Truths of God right in our own Bible, we believe that we are only getting at best, the milk of the word and not the meat, at our local Holier-Than-Thou-Church of the Self Righteous. Could you tell me where there is a church that doesn’t teach or require: tithing our salaries, belief in a trinity, mumbling in unintelligible gibberish, observing the physical Sabbath day, falling on one’s back and shaking violently while foaming at the mouth, the imminent anticipation of a (to hell with everybody -- let’s get out of here and save our own necks) secret rapture, a do-nothing heaven of singing gospel rock, eating chocolate and sweets at The Big Rock Candy Mountain, participating in heaven’s most popular spectator sport of watching our unfortunate children fry in hell, and other such unscriptural teachings? We live in Deception City, but we would be willing to drive many miles to meet with believing brothers and sisters of like mind. Can you tell us where we can find such a church? Desperate for fellowship, John and Jane Doe My Last Day of Church I usually tell them that I am in the same position as they. The many institutionalized churches of men that I have encountered was rather interesting. I was attending many local churches in the central Florida area. There are a number of reasons why I did this. I wanted to see firsthand what is being taught in mainstream Christianity, and I wanted to see if anyone was truly interested in the real Gospel of Jesus Christ. Checking the Handbook of Beliefs of most of these churches (as I did) would show that they all match what almost every denomination and branch of traditional Christianity believes and says when there is doctrinal disagreement within their churches. They all say something like this: “We must agree in love to disagree. Love is primary. Doctrine and opinion about Bible truth is secondary. Let us all just have love. Let us submerge our differences under ever more love.” The problem is that, in the end, this breeds more division and doctrinal confusion in these churches and a complete disregard and neglect of doctrinal truth.. I did however, love a lot of the music in many of these churches. It was enjoyable to sing hymns with a full live band and choir. But once one matures spiritually, there are other Hymns that one can sing in spirit to God. But back to the question: Where does one attend church where heresy is exposed and the Truths of God are taught? This will continue to be an enigma to thousands until they learn that there are two aspects of The Church. One is physical and the other is spiritual: One is for babes and the other for the mature. I will show you the difference and why they are both necessary for our spiritual development. But if you called to be an apostle, you are going to have to get to the place where you are going to fellowship with ALL of Gods children, because God is raising His sleeping giant, the church of God, and there are going to be no divisions. There are going to be no separations. We are going to be one in the Lord and we are going to rise up. The churches that grew the strongest and the quickest were the churches in the communist countries behind the Iron Curtains or in terrorist nations that were not allowed to have denominations, and were not allowed to have church structures. They were not allowed to officially register as a church. But they grew and they abounded and moved in the Spirit. Today were are praying for the poor Christians behind the terrorist nations. And somebody managed to get in there and find some of these Christians. And you know what those churches over there were praying for? They were praying for us that we would wake up, that we would find what they had found, because they were worshipping God in Spirit and in truth. They had the real thing. We were trying to pray for them. They did not want what we had, but we wanted to impose it on them. They were doing far better. You have to learn to give it up, because the church of tomorrow is not going to be bound by any of these things. And if you are going to rise up and become an apostle of God, you are going to have to be free of these things.
