The RELIGIOUS follow the letter and are BLINDED to the truth, they CANNOT understand the things of the Spirit of God because they are spiritually discerned (1Cor2:14). That the law of God is written in the heart and put in the MIND (Heb8:10) is HIGHER than they can comprehend. Samson insisted that he would marry a Philistine woman CONTRARY to the Law and his RELIGIOUS parents ADHERED to the letter opposing the Holy Spirit, But his father and mother DID NOT KNOW (how could they know, being religious) THAT IT WAS OF THE LORD—that He (God who gave the law) was seeking an occasion to move against the Philistines. For at that time the Philistines had dominion over Israel (Judges14:1-4). Apostle Peter rejected the meat from heaven due to his RELIGIOUS background (Act10:10-14). Thank God that he listened to the Holy Spirit and obeyed CONTRARY to the Law, Then he said to them, “You know how unlawful it is for a Jewish man to keep company with or go to one of another nation. BUT GOD HAS SHOWN ME that I should not call any man common or unclean (Act10:28). BUT IF YOU ARE LED BY THE SPIRIT, YOU ARE NOT UNDER THE LAW (Gal5:18). But he who is spiritual judges (discerns and decides) all things, yet he himself is rightly judged by no one. For “who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct Him?” But we have the mind of Christ (1Cor2:15-16). This is the same MIND which did not come to destroy the law or the preaching of the Prophets BUT TO FULFILL (Mtt5:17). The same MIND (which is devoid of selfish interests or will) the RELIGIOUS always condemn and slander and parade to KILL. Friends, stand fast therefore in the liberty in which Christ has made us free, and DO NOT BE ENTANGLED AGAIN WITH A YOKE OF BONDAGE!!
