The REPUBLIC OF TEXAS BAR ASSOCIATION Facebook Group is for Attorneys at Law among the several States and Commonwealths of the United Sates of America, who are loyal conservative, tea party, 9/12 patriots, who after the collapse of the United States of America, and the repudiation of the US Dollar abroad when the fiscal irresponsibility of the members of the US Congress strangle the United States on so much national debt and deficit spending, that individual states like dominoes, enact state constitutional provisions repudiating the federal debt and forbidding their citizens from contributing to it by throwing good money after bad; so after the economic collapse of the United States of America, if ever, it is proposed that the MEMBERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF TEXAS BAR ASSOCIATION would as STATESMEN, stand shoulder-to-shoulder in solidarity with the profound wisdom of TEXAS restoring its status as an Independent Nation by drafting and ratifying a new National Constitution, perhaps admitting to the political union of the SECOND REPUBLIC OF TEXAS, any number of former American States who like Texas after the future collapse of the United States, if ever, would have to choose between Independence as a Nation, or joining with other former states within their region, to form new Nations, Federations, or Alliances. Perhaps if neighboring former American states wished to join the SECOND REPUBLIC OF TEXAS, after the collapse of the United States and the repudiation of the US Dollar abroad, if ever, the FLAG OF THE SECOND REPUBLIC OF TEXAS would have a large white star on a field of blue, surrounded by a circle of smaller stars representing each sovereign state wishing to enter into political union with the REPUBLIC OF TEXAS after the future collapse of the United States of America occurs due to the fiscal irresponsibility of Congress relating to deficit spending, high taxes, the strangulation of the economy, the attacks made by an ever more creeping US Socialist government trespassing upon private enterprise, personal property ownership rights, and the Constitutional axiom that No private property shall be taken for a public purpose without compensation.
