The Republicans’ campaign to blame every mess that is there in - TopicsExpress

The Republicans’ campaign to blame every mess that is there in the US on Mr. Obama could backfire as he would slowly and certainly become a bigger symbol; a James Bond with positive alien character for many. In short, Republicans may not be able to gain enough support to win the next Presidential election by portraying Mr. Obama as an evil. Sure, campaigning against Mr. Obama is easy but Republicans should try harder thing as evil-portray of Mr. Obama could become counterproductive in the short-to-middle term. The better thing would be highlight their focus and energy on Democrats and pinpoint their faults. This is an era of craziness and Republicans without much ideas and innovation may find asserting the Republican and Libertarian ideology futile and again, counterproductive. It does not mean that ideology shouldn’t matter. In fact Republicans are doing great job by sticking to Americanism and emphasizing American exceptionalism. But they should also remember that winning is very important and that mostly ideologies survive because of the wins. They should note that after the defeat of communism in erstwhile Soviet Union, there were two successive Democrat terms, after elections were feasible. Therefore, the better way is to highlight on the positivity of their ideas and ideologies without offending others. The vote seekers, if they want to win, should not offend or degrade anyone. Again there is not much Republicans would gain by making a strong campaign against Mr. Obama. They should highlight their positivity and should warn the voters about falling into Democrats’ game-plan.
