The Riverside Police Department responded to a man that broke into a vehicle at the Galleria (Tyler Mall), the man was observed by the owner of the vehicle of breaking into the vehicle, and sitting inside, going through belongings and fiddling around under the dash. The perpetrator was spooked by mall security, exited the vehicle and heidi ho hummed himself away from the vehicle on foot. The suspect then tried to disguise himself by taking his shirt off and continued walking towards Magnolia/Hole where Air1 was quickly overhead and spotted the shirtless vehicle burg bandit. A short foot pursuit ensued until he was greeted with several arriving officers in the McDonalds parking lot across the street... The Suspect was then detained, given a nice shiny pair of City issued Bling Bling bracelets, then given a ride along in the back of a police car to jail where he can reminisce on the good old days of breaking into someones vehicle that doesnt belong to him, trying to steal it and failed, all being caught on tape, running from the police, and not catching the 2 for 1 Big Mac special.... Utter Fail... Fantastic Job Riverside Police Department, Air 1, Galleria Security, and RO caller! Definitely a place not to be trying to hoist others belongings...
