The Rockathon is a blend of adventure and conservation. This event will help you enjoy the beauty of our stunning ancient granite formations and realize that instead of doing away with the rocks for building space and building material, they must remain part of our citys landscape. After soaking in all the fun of the Rockathon programs, do your bit to spread the message of preservation of the 2,500 million year old rocky sculptures that nature has gifted us. The rocks deserve it and we need them for their many contributions to our ecosystem too.
