The Salesian Boys & Girls Club, in City Terrace, is incredibly unique. They are fully committed to teaching their kids responsibility and compassion towards both human and non-human animals. In fact, they just went international with their Humane Programs. This means that the programs developed at their local club, all of which focus on the welfare of kids and animals, will likely spread throughout the Salesian colleges, trade schools, high schools, clubs and refugee centers... in 135 countries!
