The Sansons daughter, Cecelia, has photos of incidents that occurred over the last several years, including from June 2011, when liquid from a tanker truck was seen spilling onto 1st Street North. The Daily Mail contacted the DEP Wednesday evening about the property. Spokesman Tom Aluise didnt respond to the request for comment. The Daily Mail also contacted Diversified Services for comment. A man who answered the phone number listed said he didnt have time to talk and was in the middle of a cleanup before ending the call. A tanker truck was covered with a black tarp Wednesday afternoon and a new fence had been constructed that wasnt present in the WCHS report on Tuesday, complete with a no trespassing sign on the fence. The sign is the same style as one placed near the Poca Blending facility in Nitro. Diversified Services was formed in 2010 by Daniel Kessler with a listed purpose of real estate. Kessler also owns Buffalo Ridge Farms & Environmental Services, which is licensed to do business as Allstate Wrecker and Recovery and Buffalo Ridge Pre-owned and Rebuilder Sales.
