The Simerson Foundation in association with: MR.MIAMI ENT | TEAM DESI | THE COACHELLA VALLEY PRESENTS The Believing For Desi Festival Saturday, July 26th 2014 Please meet 5 year old Princess DESI. Desirae Cechin has been diagnosed with stage 4 High Risk Neuroblastoma cancer and is on her 4th round of chemotherapy at Loma Linda Childrens Hospital. Little Desi is trying to desperately get to Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital in New York where they have the very best Doctors who specialize in Neuroblastoma and the 3F8 treatment Desi needs. As many of you know insurance will NOT cover this procedure due to Sloan Kettering not being within the provided insurance network. Desi needs to get to NEW YORK ASAP. The Simerson Foundation heard of Desis story and wanted to help. So we decided to throw a GRAND FUNDRAISING event at the Indio Fairgrounds which is to be expecting over 2,000 attendees SATURDAY JULY 26TH. The objective of this event is to have everything donated from the sound and lighting to the local artist and food vendors. We also wanted to create an event to really give back to the community for all the contiuned support these past couple months. In return The Simerson Foundation will DONATE 100% of all profits to DESI and her family to get her that much closer to New York for her life saving procedure. Desis story has touched so many here in the Coachella Valley as well as across the nation. Desi has a huge Internet following with her FB page @BELIEVING FOR DESI with well over 9,000 members.
