The Slavery Abolition Act 1833 . I have noted the use of a title and capital letters in the name of a “person” related to this matter. As you are no doubt aware, in law or legal practice, that the use of capital letters denotes a legal personality. In all legal matters the use of capital letters for anyone’s name literally means loss of all rights. It could be the whole name or just the surname. It is called capitis deminutio maxima which does imply loss of all rights. Ref Blacks law dictionary A corporation is a person in a legal entity “mortmain” A corporation cannot exist unless a piece of “paper” (legally written document) says it does. The creation of a birth certificate (a piece of paper) is the creation of a corporate entity. And essentially created a slave in servitude of the body known as the United Kingdom Corporation Ltd . capitis deminutio maxima = mortmain = dead hand. All grave stones are capitalized names. I am not a “person” and I am not obliged under “common law” to associate myself with that “legal” status. I am in fact a “human being” of natural substance, subject to the laws of God, Acts of parliament are legally written statutes, aka contracts, and a human being cannot be forced or coerced by threat to submit or make application to contract. (consent) Who gave you, a human being, the right to remove all lawful or legal rights from another human being? or by whose authority have you been granted permission to remove inalienable human rights ? Even the Queen has no authority to deprive another human being of any rights, the Queen is second to God, re Her sworn Coronation Oath. The Queen is representative to and equal to all sovereign men and women in all of her realms and peoples. To arrogate the sovereignty of our Queen is an act of treason. And failure to report an act of treason is Misprision of Treason John C Brookes. Walsall. UK
