The South African Police Service Task Force has an unrivalled record in hostage rescue worldwide.... I doubt that a retired Baltimore Police Officer could teach them much.... With regards to the level of dedication displayed by the local police however.... We have some that give 150% effort! and others that should be put to pasture as all they seem capable of is eating junk food and staring blankly into space!
