The SouthWood board has agreed to add my proposal to the board meeting agenda. This means we can be present for the first fifteen minutes of the board meeting to speak. I will be preparing a speech and would like for as many of you as possible to come and simply show your support with your presence or by speaking as well. The more people we have show up at the meeting the more likely it will be that they will change their mind! I need all of you, past and current students, regardless of your intentions to enroll in new classes to come to the board meeting. If Community Ballet has meant something to your child please help me in this effort to keep classes going! Please feel free to bring your children and have them wear their ballet attire. I will plan to speak and then do a demonstration of one of the exercises we do in class with all of the kids. We can even do a mini class on the lawn after we speak if the weather permits. The board meeting is Tuesday, August 27th at 6:00 p.m. at the Community Center, please arrive a few minutes before 6:00. Please let me know if you plan on attending and/or speaking.
