The State government has asked the police chiefs to ensure an improved, strict and efficient police surveillance in all sensitive districts 24X7 without single failure, to reduce response time for better law and order in the State. The Chief Secretary Mr. Alok Ranjan today instructed the State police machinery to ensure suitable and strictest measures against all suspected and known anti social elements in a top level review meeting at his office. The Chief Secretary also issued directives to fill vacant posts of almost 40 thousand constables and 600 Sub Inspectors at the earliest with an aim to initiate their training latest by January 2015 for sure. The government shall establish 62 temporary multistory training centers equipped with classrooms mess and barracks to cope up with the probable shortage of the training infrastructure.The government would increase the training capacity of all the centers and planning to open separate 200 bedded male and female hospitals.
