The Statue of Liberty is the defining message of hope for the immigrants coming to America. A visage of liberty ,justice, freedom and the right to practice the religion of your choice. The message of the Statue still holds true but America has changed. We need the youth of today to realize whats important in life! Its not becoming famous or 15 minutes of fame, nor is it riches, no matter how you attain wealth; weather through unscrupulous means or whatever it takes. Its pride in yourself and country, and pride in the people we elect. Its living with integrity and purpose and being a part of and taking care of family. Its protecting our planet and preserving areas for our wildlife. Its teaching our children to be compassionate and strong, to protect the elderly as they protected you! Teaching our children of the arts, music, literature, science, etc. Impressing upon them religious tolerance and the freedom for everyone to practice what they believe. Showing them the difference of RIGHT AND WRONG. Teaching our children to strive for peace but always be ready and strong in times of aggression. Get America Strong by getting our people Strong!!!!!!
