The Super Bowl makes me sad because after this game it is a long wait until I get my football fix. One last Game Day Menu: Brats & Fondue. Cheese Fondue including Deep Fried Chicken, Shrimp, Mushrooms, Wisconsin Cheese Curds, Mozzarella Sticks, Broccoli(gotta have a vegetable). Cheese Sauce & Marinara Sauce. Finally going to use our old school fondue set. Johnsonville Brats cooked on the grill (cold weather does not scare me). Spotted Cow Beer. We were thinking about a drinking game in which you drink a shot whenever Peyton Manning says Omaha but I would have a house full on drunkin people. Dont really care who wins but I will be pulling for the NFC, therefore GO HAWKS Seattle 27 Denver 24. On a positive note, Eddie Lacy has been named NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year. Way to go Eddie! Looking forward to The Pack next season!
