The Syrian Observatory of Human rights has been informed by reliable resources that 200 Kurdish baccalaureate students out of 1000 are waiting to cross from the Turkish territory to the city of Ayn Al Arab ( Kobani ) as an initial phase. The student are going to be transferred from E’zaz through the Turkish territory to the city of Ayn Al Arab. In the case of successfully transferred, it will be the transfer of the rest of the students across the road itself. The resources have informed SOHR that the process of transferring the students will be by making them enter through Bab Al Salam border crossing with Turkey, then they will be transferred, by the Turkish Red Crescent, to Morshed Binar leading to the city of Ayn Arab because of the fear of being kidnapped by ISIS fighters who kidnapped 150 Kurdish students on the road of Aleppo- Manbej on the 29th of the last May. The SOHR has been informed that the Turkish government has approved on transferrin the students. Now, the buses are entering through the crossing to take the students to the city of Ayn al Arab. The parents of some of the kidnapped children in the Kobani city along with some of the city’s residents expressed their concerns of ISIS recruitment of their children to carry out suicide attacks after subjecting them to Sharia lessons and brainwashing them with fundamental principles. Especially after 5 students, who were able to flee from their kidnapers, told their parents that the ISIS offered them recruitment and gave them lessons of “Jihad and fighting the enemies of god and apostates”. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights demands the immediate unconditional release of all Kurdish students and civilians. Any recruitment to the children is considered a participation in their death and is a crime punished by international law.
