The Syrian authorities refused the introduction of UN security forces seconded by Egyptian forces to maintain security inside the city of Aleppo after freezing the battles and said that it is the Syrian police that should be in charge of this mission . This is to say that around the third of the city of Aleppo is under thugs control and the city is under the Syrian Army siege from many places . On the other hand Teheran is witnessing an intense diplomatic activity that seeks to stop the flow of thugs into Syria and put a final term to it .
