The Texas Fire Marshals Office has launched a website that lets Texans search for facilities with large amounts of ammonium nitrate, the chemical that ignited in a fertilizer plant explosion in West last April that killed 15 people. The online program allows residents to enter a ZIP code and see if that code has an ammonium nitrate storage facility with more than 10,000 pounds, or 5 tons. trib.al/EC2pWxV
