The Timmins and District Humane Society sent in some pictures to us for Dog Day as well and they wanted to pass along some more ways to celebrate today! I might be bias, but I think that adopting a dog would be a great way to celebrate Dog Day! Becoming a volunteer dog walker might be another thing to do. Oh, and we also have our Friends For Life Walk-a-thon happening on Sun, Sep 21 @ Gillies Lake, so were looking for individuals or teams to create their online fundraising profiles to begin raising pledges for the animals.
