The Torah commands that on Passover we rid our homes of leavened foods (Chametz) and eat Matza. The prohibition against Chametz is so strong that we are extremely careful to ensure that there is no contamination whatsoever of our Matza. In this class Rabbi Dr. Fischman will explain the development of the custom to eat only Matza guarded from the earliest point in production; the growing of the wheat.
