The Tremendous Trio Take Gold at EA Games in Galway ! So here are some great before and after pics from the BattleBells guys at EA games in Galway ! Im delighted to have worked with these 3 people. They started with zero kettlebell experience and stepped up to the plate to learn how to do it right and get the body that THEY wanted ! 2 Hardstyle kettlebell sessions with me every week, along with 1 or 2 no equipment needed home workouts (inspired by Royal Marine Commando Training). And a nice healthy diet plan was the path to success over the 12 weeks for these 3. Iris wasnt in what most people would call bad shape when she arrived, but she lost a healthy 5.5 kilos of fat over the 12 weeks and is now in tremendous shape ! With her fat loss came a loss of 2 inches from her hips. And she never complained once ;) Keep up the great work. Well done Iris ! Aidan lost 6kgs over the 12 weeks and now looks a completely different man in my opinion ! Aiden has lost about 6 inches from his abdomen with this diet change and fat loss ! Huge pat on the back and well done for Aidan ! Something tells me the journey is not over for this man ! David lost 18.5kg over the 12 weeks ! That is a colossal amount of fat loss ! He has been extremely motivated from the start and was very strong by the end of the 12 weeks, sometimes opting for double 20kg kettlebells. His arms actually got bigger and he managed to take 2.5 inches of his waist. Im delighted with Davids transformation and Im sure he is too. Well done David !
