The Trolls Have Ruined Facebook... Yes its true. Its now official! We all knew this day would eventually come. The day where the sands of time would begin to slowly but certainly drop into the abyss of complete darkness. Gravity and her powerful pull has now taken control. The hour-glass has been flipped and cant be turned back over. Dont worry it wont be painless, however it will soon all be over. Because the time is now. The time is up. The time has come. The end times are here. Stock up on bread and milk! Facebook has been infiltrated and infested with TROLLS!!! Sadly another social media website has been invaded and thus turns into the same-old internet hate fest we all have come to... hate. But this time it is feels different. This time it kind of actually hurts. For the most part Facebook (for the longest time) was free of the hateful trolls and their mean-spirited nonsense. The wrath of the unknown loser with a computer chip on the shoulder, was not very present. They had yet to start abusing the veil of anonymity, by verbally blasting numerous unrelated threads daily. It seems that the catfish nasty trolls have once again come out from under the bridge and devolved our Facebook. Who knows? Internet trolls might have even stunted the entire process of exchanging information on a world-wide level. Instant communications could be forever altered on ALL social media sites. Bummer! It seem the trolls had just been hibernating, or waiting in the shadows.This should not come as a shock. My foolish sense of nostalgia made me create my own inflated history of Facebook. But... That what is still very incredible about the ground-breaking site. It is still to this day being defined. Mostly by the users, which is totally empowering. When its real history is broken down, Facebook was originally only created as a limited but glorified version of Friendster. Myspace on steroids (for Ivy Leaguers) with a dash of Hot or Not mixed in for (bad) taste. I guess it has always been thin right from its blurry inception. The initial and intended use of the site was elitist, shallow and rooted in backstabbing tactics. So... You know what? Trolls YOU WIN! Have at it! It is all yours...
