The Twelve Days of Fitness On the twelfth day of Fitness the Kingborough Fitness Centre sent to me: Twelve (12) Tuck Jumps Eleven (11) Air Squats Ten (10) Burpees Nine (9) Push Ups Eight (8) Lunge Jumps / Dynamic Lunges Seven (7) Mountain Climbers (each side) Six (6) Crunches / Sit Ups Five (5) Star Jumps Four (4) Hot Hands (each side) Three (3) Tricep Dips Two (2) Squat Thrusters. And a plank hold to the count of 30.
