The US Constitution tells Congress that they can not make laws in respect to the right of the people peaceably to assemble........ IT DOES NOT control what the STATES, COUNTIES and CITIES can or can not do: This is how it reads: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. We the People need to make sure WE control destructive evil people......... It is time that all the Law Enforcement Officers from the East Coast to the West Coast to step up and enforce the safety of all the citizens. If anyone or any group of people want to protest in and on public roads, city streets and Federal Highways, charge those groups the same as they do (Thanksgiving, Christmas and any other parade to march down the streets.) (A Permit) Have them pay for all law enforce (Man-Hours) personnel assigned to oversee their protest and charge the protectors for cleanup crews (Man-Hours)needed after each and all protest marches. The length of each protect and the required (Man-Hours) for Law enforcement and cleanup crews SHOULD be in the Thousands of dollars for each and every so called peacefully protect march. They should also be charge for any and all damage to private and public property. Blocking traffic on city streets and Interstate highways and Burning down building, looting stores, burning police cars, killing cops and destroying private and public property is NOT peaceful protesting......It should be a STATE Law in every State that requires PERMITS for every person and require every person to wear a PAID Pre-Printed PROTEST PERMIT BADGE on their shirt to prove that they have paid $100.00 PLUS dollars for each and everyday for each and every PROTECTOR - I have no problem with anyone protecting for any reason, but the States and the Local Government needs to get this under control. The Federal Government has their hands tied by the U.S. Constitution but the States, Counties and Cities does not..........
