The Unbending Truth of a False Reality The silence around it is deafening and frightening at the same time. I cant fathom the essence its curtain is trying to unravel yet I still hope for a better understanding of how it came to this. There are two categories this society holds: Idealism and Cynicism. These two have been a topic of theories and debates that at some point made the genuises almost lose their sanities. Obviously, even if it means losing the logical side of humanity we still thirst for a glimpse of a certain something we know will never happen. Given those, let me ask you this question. Are you more fond of idealism or do you sway the same way as cynicism? Big words, huh. Actually no. Whats idealism you ask? Unicorns, fairytales, fictional books, movies, movies or books character and the list could go on. Rings a bell? Well, idealism can be defined depending on someones take on things. Generally we classify it as a certain belief that somehow, one day well turn out to be someone weve been wanting to be. It revolves around the fancy thought of having a perfect less dramatic life. Its a certain idea of living a too good to be true life. It brings forth possitivity that the impossible can be possible. In short, it is the ideal example of the greatest secret around the famous law of attraction. Its a good thing, dont get me wrong but sometimes it gives us a false view on reality that prohibits us to welcome the inevitable that this existence gives us making us incapable to deal life with great certainty. I dont mean to rain on your parade of once upon a times nor ruin your chances of happily ever afters but I want you to see the other side of this journey and to not allow you to live a life full of unknown reasons and purposes. Now, i dont wanna be biased so lets try to understand whats being cynical truly means. In love its the opposite of being hopeless romantic. In life its true definition lies on how people see all things around them with so much negativity. Im not saying it applies all the time. I am trying to point out the effects it can cause in ones hope of seeing that tiny light at the end of this dark tunnel. I am preventing someone to assume that because theres happiness now, something bad will proceed. Its a sad reality that people are stuck on routines because theyre too afraid to take a leap of faith and prepare themselves to stake on the risk of enjoying life because of their poor judgement on societys capabilities. Its sad but true. Were too caught up to the material things around us that we forgot that at some point we believed in Neverland and Narnia. I dont mean to be your official party pooper but come to think of it. Have you lived your life to the fullest? Have you wished when you were younger you couldve find out if theres truly a pot of gold at the end of the beautiful rainbow? Or might as well, did you give yourself a pat in the back because you got so happy seeing the mighty sun welcome your new day? Those are only a few of the many questions I have for you. The purpose of this random rant is not about telling you to be more cynical or convince you to believe in unicorns all over again and become idealistic but rather this piece of my logical mind wanted you to find the equilibrium of your existence. Life will never be what you want to be if you dont find the balance that maintains the deepest secret a mystery, the invention always in full evolution, the facts in detailed explanation, the beauty of nature a living gift and this could go on forever if I mention every bit of it. Now, go out there and contemplate. Are you doing it right but at the same time willing to commit mistakes in the hopes of learning from it? It maybe a case of destiny and fate but it will be called one until you made a choice. Its unnerving knowing that maybe, just maybe you forgot how to live your life. Youll only havebit once so dont settle for the false reality find the truth behind its ruthless lies and youll see in the end that in this twisted society lies the imperfections which makes your existence perfect in every sense.
