The United Through Reading Program is a great way for military families to stay connected during deployment. The deploying parent just needs to schedule an appointment at the Airman and Family Readiness Center (385-4663), go in and make a video of them reading their child’s favorite story, and then present their child with the book and DVD before they leave. Their kids will love it!
