The Varanasi District Administration has offered the alternate site to hold todays rally but bjp has refused the offer. The demanded ground was too small to accommodate 1 lac people there. 2ndly that is minority dense area surrounded by high rise bldgs. Where from Modi could easily be attacked like John F Kennedy . Would bjp people be ready for such an eventuality . If not than making hue & cry , dharna etc. is nothing but a shameless arrogance on bjp part. What Modi mainly doing in his most of the rallies is provoking one community against another. Mass killings in NE is the after effect of Modis rallies in that part of the country where he spoke provocatively against the minorities particularly muslims. In such a grim situation any fanatic can attempt heinously on him which is exactly the plan of his party associates who are lining up for PMship if he could not. One can understand the possible situation if he eliminated in the heat of elections. So in the light of the threat on him and for the social harmony the district administration took the right decision in not giving the permission to hold the rally. What is your opinion ?
