The Vassar Haiti Project (VHP) invites you to a weekend filled with hundreds of unique works of Haitian art, featuring special appearances by literary award winning author Edwidge Danticat, renowned artist Georges Desarmes, and live musical performances. VHP is a collaborative, all-volunteer organization that has since 2001 engaged hundreds of Vassar students in the support of art and sustainable development in Haiti, and in building understanding of Haitian culture and society. VHP is a certified VSA student organization and is a chapter of Haiti Project, Inc. Haiti Project, Inc. is incorporated in the state of New York, and is a registered U.S. 501c(3) non-profit organization.
