The Vault in Wallsend, which is basically a complementary or alternative therapy centre, began as a vision and a belief that it could be brought into existence. Envisioned initially by my co-director Selina, and coaxed into creation with the help of the creative energies of Marnie, the third director of The Vault, along with myself, we now have a large and beautiful premises offering a wide range of therapies and creative activities, ranging from massage therapies. Pilates, yoga and reflexology, through to hypnotherapy, counselling, chanting, shamanic journeying, drumming and meditation groups. Build it, and they will come was the advice. We have built it. The Vault.
