The Vocational Training Department Of The Chinese Language and Culture College of Huaqiao University GENERAL REGULATIONS OF ADMISSION The Training Department of the Chinese Language and Culture College of Huaqiao University is specially assigned to offer classes for overseas Chinese teachers, short-time Chinese intensive classes, students summer/winter camp and classes on Chinese culture. The Chinese Language and Culture College of Huaqiao University which was formerly Jimei Chinese Language and Culture School has an outstanding teaching staff and ample experience in organization and management. Our college has trained numerous overseas Chinese teachers for overseas Chinese schools and carried out groups of Chinese short-time classes and summer/winter camps for many years. Our department provides an all-round service for students including studying, board and lodging, and also organizes activities of touring main scenic spots of Xiamen, Quanzhou etc. in order to let students practice their spoken Chinese during the visit. We will try our best to offer the best service to let students reap a rich harvest in the shortest period, and let our teachers and students come here delightfully and return home satisfactorily. The fees indicated above are an all-round service charge, including study, board and lodging and the tours as specified. 2. We also have rooms accommodating four persons, which offer an air conditioner, a water heater, a telephone and so on. 3. The standard meal includes: one soup + 6 main courses 4. Every group of 20 persons will get one person free of charge. 5. The minimum requirement of a group is 10 persons. 6. The department enrolls students all the year round. Applicants are welcome at anytime. 7. The charge above will vary with different requirements and different standards of board and lodging. For example, if students choose to live in a standard room accommodating two persons, the all-round service fee will be 350RMB/person/day. 8. This edition is more valid than any previous one.
