The WTC emergency atomic demolition procedure was activated on 9/11. It was a crucial part of the coup, and its triggering was pre-planned by the perps, and involved a blatant bluff (that nukes were onboard those planes/missiles, which could be detonated to destroy Manhattan in an overground, Hiroshima-like explosion.) The existence of the demolition capability (designed to e.g. destroy highly sensitive information in case of invasion, by bringing down the towers into their own footprints at short notice) was highly classified. No longer, thanks to Dimitri Khalezov (who worked for the Russian military in the 1980s, and was informed of this technology as part of his job monitoring world-wide nuclear tests.) I believe that the WTC atomic demolition technology evolved from American experiments in underground nuclear testing, principally the Atomic Energy Agencys Operation Plowshare Programme.
