The Wacissa River was a total success...woohoo. The kayaking group was composed of 5 folks; Maggie, Liz, Brandi, Phil, and myself. We traveled 2.3 miles down river and had lunch on a tiny limestone island in the middle of the river. After lunch we paddle back upstream to the boat landing. We did stop at Big Blue Spring for some relaxation. Saw lots of alligators, birds, and various fish. Will be providing pics and map of this trip...please be watching for them. Great folks having a great time.
