The Water Garden seems to change every day now. We thought we would draw your attention to a small but vital part of the landscaping, easily overlooked as ones attention is naturally drawn to the architecture. The hedge plants, (in the plastic tubes-see what we mean by easily overlooked?) are all native hedgerow species. As the hedge matures it will provide homes and food throughout the year for many native species. Luckily we had some images from more mature areas to show how it benefits the wildlife. Its an important part of what The Estate is all about. P.S. Loving the way the stone and timber is glowing in the golden light of Fridays sunset.
