See the announcement below for more details; From: Amadou Nyang Date: July 31, 2014 4:17:58 PM GMT Subject: URGENT NOTICE ON WAIGF 2014 Dear All, After due and relevant consultations with authorities and stakeholders, the Ministry of Information and Communication Infrastructure (MOICI) has recommended to the consortium of the West African Internet Governance Forum (WAIGF) that the WAIGF 2014 slated from the 6th – 8th August in Banjul, The Gambia be postponed till further notice. This was prompted due to recent Ebola cases across the sub region which now has an impact on flight availability. While we await response from the consortium, MOICI thought it prudent to bring the notice to your attention. We will keep you posted as events unfold. Thank you.
