The Witches Candy Sack (18th Revised Version) The Old Witch screams, The full moon can be seen! Its time! Its time! For Halloween! Dressed in black, long pointy hats, Round and Round they go like bats. Get the pot! And start the fire! Fan the flames to make them higher! Rackety, rackety, rackety, rack, Stir the pot until its black! Like screamin cats the witches wail, Around the fire like a Dragons tail. Hand in hand they dance and go, Chanting spells from long ago. Hear me Hags! And sing the song, That we Witches have sung so long. A song of irresistable spell, That makes all children fare us well. Find some children! Bring them back! Make sure to hide them in your sack. If someone asks, If you should meet, Its full of candy! Trick or Treat! (Laugh) Grab the brooms, off we fly! Across the moon they soar so high. Just one more potion in their brew; Little children, they come for you! Eat your candy! Eat, eat, eat! We want our children fat and sweet. To keep them quiet, the Wicked Old Witches, Sow their little lips in stitches! Throw in the candy that makes us young! Over and over the chant is sung. Year after year this is what Witches do.
