The annual meeting of the Friends of Keji Cooperating Association will be held on Sunday, February 22, 2015 at 1:00 PM at the Mersey Tobeatic Research Institute (MTRI). MTRI is located on Route 8 approximately 8 kilometers from Kejimkujik toward Caledonia. As prescribed in the bylaws, the agenda of the meeting will be: Minutes of preceding general meeting; Consideration of the annual report of the Directors; Consideration of the financial statements, including the balance sheet and operating statement; Elections of Directors for the ensuing year; Election of officers; Consideration of the budget for the next fiscal year. We would also appreciate your support of the Friends of Keji by becoming a member of the year 2015. I have attached a membership form for your convenience. You can bring the completed form and your membership dues to the annual meeting or mail it to us. Looking forward to seeing you at the meeting.
