The art of war is of vital importance to the state. The first statement in the art of war by sun tzu. Militirization on American soil launched a revolutionary war that changed the course of history, and now we face such tyrany again in the modern age. The first amendment states we all have freedom to speak, especially against our state, as well as afford us political power as a majority when there is an institutional failure. And then for good measure, we have the second amendment, which says guns are legal in this country, our constitution makes banning all guns an act of war, and through a well regulated militia, maintain order and security when the law comes to enforce tyrany. The third amendment says soldiers can not occupy and live in someones home, and leads the way to require good measure to enter a home while carrying a rifle and the strong arm of the law. The fourth, my favorite amendment is your right to civil liberties, more specifically the cause for police or government officials to obtain a warrant from the judicial system before they can search you, or your property unless they have probable cause or plain sight evidence of you committing a crime. They can not just sit and wait for you to break the law by spying on you, that is entrapment. The fifth amendment. Now I know what it says, but I cant tell you, because if I do, the police will extradite me to an area where I am flexing my fourth amendment rights. The 6th amendment is the right to a speedy trial, where it is against the law for the institution of the law to hold a person indefinetley, without the opportunity for justice. The seventh amendment is the right to have an attorney before answering any questions. Well 7/10, I dont know 8&9 so ........ The tenth amendment The states right to have its own laws, as well as the power to reform the laws of the federal government. Still knowing 70% of my rights aint bad, or 50% Im not sure about 6&7, however you can quote #4 In court (and then immediately give me $10,000 when you win). If the art of war is the states implementation of the attack by fire, the attack by water must be the mechanism for the civilians to secure peace, and it was that constitution that provided the strategic politic to rise up and overcome an empire. That makes the United States the greatest country in the world, and it should make police in Kevlar quiver, for just simply because of the trend of history they are becoming the new monsters, in a country where the people write the laws, and have the constitutional ability to fight back if need be, and the constitution was written because soldiers became the form of law enforcement on American soil.
