The bad news. Been hobbling badly for over a week now. Dry hard skin under both big toes split across deepy. Better news. Healing now slowly. Could be walking properly in about another week. Really good news. Sitting here with a screwdriver (wet) watching Brit Xfactor and catching the smell of roast chicken and roast spuds coming from the oven in the kitchen. Life would be a lot harder without my lovely lady. (I never tell her though).
