The beginning of this year my lower spine had a ruptured disc with a substantial fragment interfering with the S1 and S2 root nerve. I essentially was disabled and the pain was extremely intense. I couldnt lift more than 10 pounds. I couldnt work and walking was very difficult. Its pretty tough when you cant lift your own children nor go to their rescue. This was not the first time this had happened to me but this time around the rupture was too severe to let it naturally heal on its own. Seven months after surgery I feel like I never ever had back issues and I am stronger than I can ever remember. It feels good to be the sole provider of the family so my wife can follow her heart to be home with our kids. God is real and good.
