The best choice I made for myself and my kids was to be finically independent, because I played my cards right, and found stable jobs that made me money, I was able to buy a home, afford a car, buy my kids the things they need, my kids dont need for anything, and its a great feeling to go to the grocery store and pay for my grocerys out of my DEBIT CARD/ BANK ACCOUNT. my kids live a comfortable life, and even though I get frustrated at how much I spend all the time, I sit back and think, thank you lord for all the stuff you have given me, and blessing me and my family with the ability to survive, A mom needs to be finically secure, she needs to be able to hold herself and her kids up, if she isnt there yet, then she needs to keep trying, because until she is, she will always be stressed out and feel like she needs to depend on a man, and a woman needs to be able to stand on her own two feet without her parents help, they can help if they want, but she needs to be able to do it on her own. Its a great feeling to reach inside your wallet and pull out your money that you made to do the things you need too, and to look at your checking account and see your house payment there, and the electricity and water bill, etc, I didnt get here by feeling sorry for myself. I got here with alot of sweat and tears, late nights studying, constant planning, and the thrive to survive on my own. If my son needs diapers I go get em, if my daughter needs snack for school I go buy them. im not saying I dont save, but Im doing it,,,, Wow...Im actually doing it. The lord blesses me everyday with the ability to survive.,. Today I just want to thank him for everything he has given me!
