The best potato I have ever baked was from my grill. Bob was right, having a temp gauge is a good thing to have. Oiled and Kosher salted them, wrapped them in heavy foil. I kept the temperature at 425 for 30 minutes then turned off the gas and let them sit with the top down for another 45 minutes. Perfect! And very little fuel used. Of course I grilled the best marinated chicken breast to go with!
