The biggest skill in life might just be figuring out what you are doing and then getting it done. The world is full of great ideas and there is a visionary sitting at a computer in every Starbucks in the world, but the difference between great ideas and changing your world is the ability to turn that idea into a reality. There hasnt ever been a great visionary in the world who didnt have someone following him to clean up his mess. Idea people live by constantly throwing a stream of ideas into the void but seldom stick around long enough to finish any of them. If you are that dreamer, and most of you are, make sure you always work with people who can turn your ideas in reality and make sure you focus you dreams into 2-3 solid ideas that are the most important things you want to get done now, in this time, and not somewhere out there in the future where it might never happen. Great ideas are easy. Getting things done is where the real skill lies.
