The blueberries are ripe for picking along the Nashwaak Trail and under NB Powers transmission lines. An ideal summers day with a cool morning, a warm afternoon, and stiff breezes for picking blueberries beneath where the eagle cried. A perfect day to sustain me sustain me through the long months ahead, and 9 cups of blueberries to make a blueberry pie, waffles, pancakes, and another batch of Mildred Trumans blueberry muffins.
