The candidates in these ads are real. The names have been changed to protect our bank account. Someone just sent me the link to this Say Yes To The Candidate video promoting Gov. Rick Snyder. I had to watch it twice before realizing it was a REAL AD. I suppose because its produced by the College Republican Committee and Im about 30 years older than its intended audience. But what I saw on YouTube after I finished viewing the spot, was the committee created two more IDENTICAL ads for Bruce Rauner and Bob Beauprez, running for governor in Illinois and Colorado, respectively. I suppose this has always been done, but with the advent of the Internet and YouTube, nothing is or stays local anymore, so now it just looks tawdry, cheap and cheesy.
