The captain of a South Korean ferry that capsized three days ago, leaving 28 people dead and 268 missing, has reportedly been arrested and charged. Lee Joon-seok faces five charges, including negligence of duty and violation of maritime law, South Koreas Yonhap news agency said. Authorities are still searching for any survivors of the maritime disaster, which is South Koreas worst in 21 years, based on possible casualties.
