The case concerning the body of a man found in a well in a garden in Surrey, which had been bound, gagged and assaulted, is being investigated by the same team of Metropolitan Police officers who investigated the death of MI6 officer Gareth Williams. A police spokesman has said, Our preliminary inquiries lead us to believe that the man in the well died alone, as a result of accidentally tying himself up, gagging and assaulting himself then placing himself in the well.
