The case presented here is of a patient who fractured the mesial buccal cusp of tooth #2. A full crown would require a great deal of good tooth structure to be removed. A composite restoration typically has a low life span. A gold onlay would be an excellent treatment option, but the lack of aesthetics often results in patient refusal. A porcelain onlay is the ideal restoration as it provides maximum aesthetics with longevity of the restoration. #CEREC case presented by Dr. Clark Brown: goo.gl/D97Prl
